All materials provided within the CRAWL Academy Membership, including but not limited to curriculum booklets, videos, digital assets, and marketing materials, are copyrighted intellectual property of CRAWL Martial Arts LLC. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Non-Compete Agreement: You may use these materials exclusively for your own martial arts academy but may not create, sell, or distribute competing programs, courses, or products using CRAWL’s curriculum, branding, or intellectual property. This non-compete restriction applies for the duration of the Subscriber’s active membership and for a period of two (2) years following the termination of their subscription.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): All content is for internal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing CRAWL materials outside of your academy (including online, social media, or with third parties) is strictly prohibited.
  
• License for Active Subscribers Only: Access to materials is contingent on an active subscription. If your membership is canceled, you must discontinue the use of all CRAWL content.
