CRAWL Parent & Toddler Judo: Winter Session Recap at Pedro’s Judo Center

CRAWL Parent & Toddler Judo: Winter Session Recap at Pedro’s Judo Center

Over the past 10 weeks, parents and toddlers (ages 2-4) came together every Sunday morning at Pedro’s Judo Center in Wakefield, Massachusetts to learn the fundamentals of judo through movement, play, and structured lessons.

Beyond physical skills, families embraced judo’s core values of respect, confidence, and discipline while strengthening their bond through training.

Judo is more than a sport; it’s a way of life.

Its founding principles, Jita-Kyoei (mutual welfare and benefit) and Seiryoku-Zenyo (maximum efficiency with minimal energy), guide practitioners in both technique and mindset.

Through attack and defense drills, our young students built strength, coordination, and focus, setting a foundation for personal growth on and off the mats.

At CRAWL Martial Arts, we believe in empowering the next generation through these lessons. Thank you to all the families who joined us this session.

We can’t wait to see you on the mats again soon!
